Five tiers. Free Dev is permanent. Federal is quote-only.

Anchored on the WEB-2 11-persona focus group + S-012-RETRY OpenAI ratification: a permanent free dev tier, a $20 prosumer anchor, a $79 builder tier with uptime SLA, a $19/seat team tier with SSO and audit, and a quote-only path for Enterprise & Federal. Open Core SDK remains free and MIT-licensed. Usage truth lives in the custody ledger; billing systems never become the audit source of truth.

Billing and usage truth

Usage source of truth

The event and cost ledger governs usage evidence. Stripe is checkout and invoicing, not the audit ledger.

Self-serve checkout

The paid checkout flow is intentionally gated until plan limits, receipts, and upgrade replay are wired end to end.

CostGuard path

Spend ceilings, provider routing, and anomaly review are part of the platform board, not a pricing-page promise alone.

Federal quotes

Enterprise and Federal remain quote-only because isolation, data residency, and ATO support change the real cost.

What is and isn’t live today

  • Free Dev signup: wired — plan=free bypasses the owner-approval queue and auto-provisions a namespace + bearer (N15 §4 / S7-1 T003).
  • Paid-tier checkout: self-serve Stripe upgrade wiring is not yet shipped. Paid-tier CTAs route to contact until checkout, receipts, usage replay, and ledger reconciliation are wired together. Contact hello@griff.run in the meantime.
  • Enterprise & Federal: quote-only, always. Pricing is not posted publicly because tenant-isolation cost varies by deployment model. See /federal for the procurement-grade posture page.
  • FedRAMP: on the roadmap, not yet authorized. The Federal tier ships against the Cloudflare FedRAMP Moderate pathway; ATO support is contract-scope, not a default deliverable.
